Young Investigator Support Award

Target:Young investigators - physical medicine and rehabilitation senior residents, research fellows, new specialists in physical medicine and rehabilitation certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or le Collège des médecins du Québec (less than 24 months).

Purpose: To support young investigators for the process of grant proposal writing.

Requirements: Letter of intent - this should include title, name(s) of investigator(s), institutional affiliation, description of project, length and proposed total budget of project and names of granting agencies to which submission is being made.

Amount of Awards: $800 - $1000 depending on the number of requests and money available.

Submission Deadline: March 1^st of each year

Funds Available: October 1, of each year.
